I had pretty good luck raising Emperor tetrs. I separate the sexes for a while
and then put them in a ten gallon (one male and three females) that was heavily
covered with Java Moss. I think the temperature was about 80 degrees. Then
after a few days I'd net the breeders out and wait for the babies to hatch. I
didn't get really big numbers but the fry were pretty good sized for tetras.
