They sell it at any livestock feed store, like Big R, as Levamisol. It's
usually a powder you reconstitute.

Help. My killifish has this totally gross worms hanging out of her butt. I
have Praziquantel, which I am mixing in with the food, since the do want to
eat, and put a copper-based medication in the water. Does anyone know where
I can find Levimisole Hydrochloride? I'm sure the other killies have it too.
God, I hope I don't have it, after starting the siphon a few times!!!
