Re: [GSAS-Member] Hole-in-the-Head Disease -- need advice

The salt question was already answered. As to hurting
the plants, I have no idea. And as to adding salt you
start with what was said, and when doing a water
change you only replace what you took out.

I also use cichlid vital, in my water for added
minerals as well. The multi vitamine I use is "One a
Day", I use 2 in my 125 gallon, disolved, and add it
when adding flakes, and 1 in my 90 gallon. And I have
really seen a difference with just doing this. It
takes time and patients, but if your consitant it does
work. And yes lots of water changes.....I do 50% on
all my tanks weekly. Alot of work but it pays off in
the end.

Also feeding good quality food is important. Do you
feed romain lettuce or frozen pease at all? it is high
in vitamins as well, and they love it!
