He is doing a senior project that, among other things, includes setting up a tank in an elementary school classroom and teaching the class about the fundamental science and art behind fishkeeping. Back in October Thai contacted me about the possibility of GSAS helping him to complete his project by providing guidance and direction and donating material. I was impressed with his initial email and thought this would be a worthwhile philanthropic project for us to become involved with, and at little or no expense if we count strictly on member donations. Thai has since joined GSAS. He needs a few things (see email below). I'm going to donate the gravel and a 10 gal. tank. If anyone would like to contribute items please let me know. You can bring them to the auction tomorrow night if you plan on attending (except livestock). We'll figure out a way to get it to Thai. I posted Thai's original email on Oct.29 2004 if you would like to take a look at it. I can post it again if necessary.
