I just know that those are the sinking tabs that my loaches (and clown
plecos) seem to like best. I wish I had the energy to do homemade food,
but heck, I even use kibble to feed my Siberians rather than raw feeding
like so many of my  of my breeder friends recommend. Sometimes we have to
find the place that works for us (weak grin). I figure that I do enough
live food with my fish to make up the difference.
