One of my two male blue rams has developed a unilateral pop-eye. I moved him
to an isolation tank yesterday & started Marycyn 2. He has now developed a
pocket that is hanging down from his eye, under his eye, that appears to be
filled with a whitish, blood-tinged something. I'm wondering if that is pus,
and if so, is there anyway to drain it? He's not doing well, he's gotten
rather darkish since I moved him.
His mate, who I left in the large tank, has also turned greyish. I'm wondering
if the absence of her mate, and the subsequent bullying she's getting from the
other pair, might be responsible. Should I also move her into the isolation
tank?
Any responses or suggestions would be appreciated.
Anita
