RE: [GSAS-Member] June 14 meeting

Bob:

That sound like a great idea!

However I would prefer not to take my own stuff home so I would like to put
out a list of things I would like to trade and things I would like to trade
for so I can deal in advance.

Things I might have available (please ask via email first):
Plants on my HAP post
(http://lists.thekrib.com/gsas-member/0505/msg00001.html) Portions vary.

I also have a pot of submersed adapted cardinal plant (Lobelia cardinalis)
and adapted Lilaeopsis brasiliensis that I can divide.
Lots of others! I will try to find something worth trading so please post
your requests too.

I also have several "orphan" fish featuring a beautiful dark angel with
stripes (mated pair in main tank), a male golden wonder killie, and several
others that I really like but would be willing to trade if they could be
provided a better home. If possible, I would like to have these fish picked
up or dropped off outside of the GSAS meeting for the comfort of the fish.

Things I would love to trade for:
Cherry shrimp (or others)
Most plants not on my HAP post (please ask first)
Really healthy plants
Odd ball plants
Live foods
Fish that are "included, or would complement my current collection"
Or just about anything really.

Subject: [GSAS-Member] June 14 meeting

We're going to try something a little different for our last meeting before
the summer break, a combination swap meet, ice cream social and, if time
permits, we'll show one of the movies from our library.
So bring your surplus plants, fish, equipment, supplies, live food cultures
- whatever you've got - to sell or trade, and bring your appetite for some
good dessert! We're going to try to secure the outer "commons" area for our
use. There will be some door prizes and giveaways, a kids' coloring contest
and a very mini-auction of a few items that escaped the last auction.

And don't forget that June 14 is ELECTION night. Please consider running
for a board position!

We also have an opening for hospitality chairperson, as Trish finds that
she must step down from that position due to time, distance and school
night issues. Thank you for doing such an excellent job Trish!

See you all June 14.

Bob
