[GSAS-Member] Officers

At the board meeting last Thursday we elected a new president and 
secretary/historian. The composition of the new GSAS board of directors is 
as follows:

President     Rick Rose
Secretary/historian    Meredith Crichton
Treasurer     Susan Welenofsky
Board member     Paul Winchester
Board member     Sandu Simion

Again, thank you all for your support during my tenure as GSAS president.

We are still looking for volunteers to fill the following chair positions:

Fish Of The Month procurer to purchase FOTM door prize ( you will be 
reimbursed by the club, of course) from a local store or other source. Type 
of fish is usually determined by the board.

Hospitality. Provide snacks and drinks at the general meetings (all food 
and materials paid for by the club. Pop, juice, water, chips, cookies - 
stuff like that).

Sandy Gibson (FOTM) and Trish Pierce (Hospitality) have covered these 
positions over the past few years and have both done an excellent job.

I intend to remain active in club activities, helping out wherever and 
whenever I can.
