Monica:

Joining HAP/BAP is easy.  Once you get 10 fry past the 30 mark take a look at 
the website to get a points value:

http://www.gsas.org/Articles/bap.html

Then post as often as you like to the list to document you sucesses.  Once you point 
value reaches an "award" level you get the title and now a fancy certificate 
(be the first!)
