RE: [GSAS-Member] A few things

Hey Monica,
I made my own stand for my 150G (5'x2'x2' tank). The main thing you need to worry about with tanks that size is weight distribution. Feel free to contact me if you (or anyone else) want to see the stand/tank or know more about how to build one.

I am getting ready to find new homes for my Jewel Cichlid (Hemichromis bimaculatus) fry. They are around 2 months old, 1-2 inches long, colorful, healthy, eating well, and the parents are beautiful and take wonderful care of them. I've got around 50, and will be taking any remaining fish to a petstore next month. If anyone is interested let me know. Any offers or trades....

Also, does anyone have any experience making their own stand? I need to get a stand for my 100g (it's 60inches long), and was thinking about making one w/ concrete blocks and plywood. It doesn't have to be pretty, but I want it to be off the ground.

Lastly, I am trying to decorate my "fish room" and am looking for any fish identification type posters, primarily for discus, African cichlids, and angelfish. I found some on aquabid and ebay but wanted to check here first, I haven't seen any at local petstores.

Thanks. :)

Monica
