    The red veins are usually a sign of water problems. 
    Apparent white spots on the head of an angel are often bacterial
instead of Ich and may even go away by themselves if the water is
cleaned up. Adding salt would be beneficial in any case. But don't do
anything rash.
     I would move the female with eggs in her mouth to a new tank. Sure
there is a chance she would spit them out, but quite often they don't.
Then you should see about getting the angels separated from the
Labidochromis. After that you can sit and wait to see if there really is
Ich going around, or if maybe it's something less serious.
