[GSAS-Member] HAP/BAP Nudge

The Aquatic Gardeners Association, (AGA) has decided to provide prizes for our 
HAP program.  It looks like both a set of Planted Aquarium Magazine (TAG) and 
an Annual Convention DVD!  For those not aware of AGA, (aquatic-gardeners.org) 
this is truly a great prize.  In addition, I am cleaning out my closet and so 
far have a CO2 regulator, a DIY CO2 kit, and a neat glass bowl that would make 
a stunning nano.

So what I need from the club is a good number of participants in HAP/BAP.  There is 
still time to add BAP points for spawns this week (to meet the 30 day mark).  I figure 
I can also bring some “easy” floating plants to the October meeting 
that would allow a novice to at least earn a participation certificate by the November 
meeting.  (Think Duckweed)  Please either reply to the list, or sign up at the next 
talk (with Phil of AGA!).

I am also looking for suggestions for BAP prizes too.  I can bring some killies and 
cherry shrimp.  In general my BAP experience is more of a “what not to 
do” tale...
