RE: [GSAS-Member] Killifish for sale, or free (read on)

How often and where does the killi group meet? I've been to the website a
few times, but it doesn't seem to get updated very often. I'm interested in
killifish but I'm afraid it will be like fish crack and I'll end up with 50
small aquariums! I do have two 5g aquariums empty currently though... Do
you keep them all in species only tanks or can you do a little mix?

Well, they could live in the one gallon for a bit. Eventually you would
probably want to put them into something a little bigger. I keep a number
of juveniles in a 2.5 gallon tank, or a trio of adults. Lots depend on
water quality. If you are good about keeping the water quality up, then
they could be in the 1 gallon tank through adult-hood.

I could always give you some smaller fish too, so that it would give you a
bit more time to think about changing to a larger tank if you wish.

Let me know what you think. If you still would like a pair or two, I can
bag them up and bring them to the meeting on Tuesday.
