I don't know jack about Nikon film cameras. And I don't know much about
their DSLRs and types of lens mounts. But if you take a spin down to
Glaser's camera store in downtown, they can answer any questions you
might have.
Here's a page that might be useful... talks about mounting older lenses
on newer digital cameras.
