Re: [GSAS-Member] Snails!



I've successfully kept 3 pea puffers in a planted 10 gal, with no problems whatsoever, but that's the smallest tank I've tried (primarily because I only own a 150 and a 10). They are hearty little fish because I know I didn't give that tank the care it deserved. Good luck. 'd be curious to know how it works out for you.

Based on what I found online today I would only try it under these
circumstances.

1. The tank is heavily filtered, no little HOB filter like I have for my
5g betta tank

2. Lots of plants and driftwood so they can't see each other every
second, especially if you have more than one male

3. You have a fallback plan in case the small tank doesn't work out

But I defer to the wisdom of others who actually keep these fish...
