Good morning.
Over the last couple of days I have visited a few stores in Chinatown and
Burien, picking up auction donations. Naturally I had to have a look around
each store. Here are a few things I saw that might be of interest to some.
Check out the giant fresh water stingray at King's Discus. Much bigger than
your average manhole cover! Also check out the huge tank it's in, and the
filter behind it. Quite a few other unique fish also.
Liems has small badis badis for $2 and threadfin rainbows for $1.50. A few
killies also, one species. Not sure what kind.
A Place For Pets in Burien is a fairly new store run by GSAS member Kevin
Foxen. Nice fish selection, especially cichlids. Unusual Redhook Mytinnis
type silver dollars with "hash marks" on their sides in front window
display tank. GSAS sponsor.
