RE: [GSAS-Member] LFS guide (work in progress)

That's exactly why it's nice to get fish from the club instead of stores
sometimes. Our group takes great care of their fish. They're well-fed,
adjusted to our water, and not too stressed. You get great fish at a good
price. Who knows what you get shipped in from the wholesalers.

I used to buy worms there, it was conveinent and for some reason a lot of
stores around here don't carry them. I buy them in bulk online instead.

I found it interesting that the review was apparently written by a betta
enthusiast, though it's very possible that they have changed drastically
since I was there last, the review was dated sept 05. I have seen some
interesting bettas there, including what looked an awefull lot like
fighters.

I like it when the staff in stores seem interested in talking about fish.
When I asked about selling tankraised bettas and guppies his response was
something like why would I do that when I can get them wholesale for
pennies?

But if you don't want to buy blackworms by the
pound...
