Re: [GSAS-Member] coldwater marine aquarium

I maintained a Puget sound tank in a 55 gal in my classroom for the year
with no chiller. Most intertidal animals do fine at room temperature. I
would advise to keep stocking levels low, do frequent water changes, and use
as large a tank as possible.

Subject: [GSAS-Member] coldwater marine aquarium

Hi,

Has anyone here set up a coldwater marine aquarium with local fauna
and flora? I have seen very little information about it on the
internet and in books. The one book I did find with a couple pages on
the subject was geared toward Atlantic critters.
