I volunteered there about 13 years ago, in the Puget Sound fish area (dome and the room of smaller tanks everyone misses on their way to the dome). There was a whole crew of volunteers that came in at 8 AM to clean tanks. Then as the place opened at 10, we'd chop herring and squid & throw food into the dome from above (whilst pelting seagulls with a hose). It was fun, but after I started to get involved with GSAS, I found myself too exhausted from Tuesday night meetings (board and general were both Tuesday) to drag myself back in early morning Wednesday to chop squid. But boy they dropped me quick from the volunteer newsletter when I went on "haitus". Never heard a word back from them. - Erik On Fri, 27 Oct 2006, maus@llarian.net wrote: > You're right!
