I don't know where you heard that, but it isn't true.  While I am a nut about 
Poeciliids and 
other livebearing fish, my experience with breeding fish goes far beyond them.  

The name of my talk is "The Easiest Fish to Breed".  I do discuss livebearers 
in the talk.  But 
it isn't solely about them.
