[GSAS-Member] Award Program Reports

Club:

I would like to have a list of participants in the Award programs by the 
December social.  Please consider bringing a list to tomorrows meeting or 
otherwise expressing interest.  I would be open to developing an "official" 
submit form if anyone is interested.

A report should have at minimum:

*Your Name and Desired Contact [Paul Wallace, email]

*Total Points [55]

*List (species name, point class, date of propagation) [Heterandria formosa 
(least killifish), Class A Breeder's Award Program, Oct, 2006]

Additional information is always welcome.
