Re: [GSAS-Member] Green Texas cichlids (herichthys carpintis) spawned

Matt:

Your pictures are so clear. How do you do them? Do you not use a flash? What
kind of camera do you use? Does it cost anything to host your pictures on
that webpage?

Subject: [GSAS-Member] Green Texas cichlids (herichthys carpintis) spawned

I found fry this morning! This is the second or third time they have
paired up, changed into breeding colors, and dug up the plants--but the
first time I have seen fry. I figured I never would since I do
absolutely nothing to make the water suitable for cichlid breeding. In
fact I use RO/DI water for changes so it's about as far from cichlid
water as you can get.

I am planning on letting nature just take its course so I doubt that
many of the fry will survive. If anyone wants some to raise, you can
come get them this weekend, or I will bring them to the meeting.
