REI and presumably other camping stores sell 8 hour heat packs. I doubt you'd find anything that lasts a couple days; why not ship via airport to airport in that case? I've done it for fish shipment during the winter months and it works o.k. and is as fast as you can hope to get. You want an airline that travels nonstop to the airport nearest the recepient - I've used Alaska out here and used to use Continental in NJ. Stopovers are risky - think fish styros sitting on the tarmac someplace cold. It won't be cheap though. > Date: Wed, 3 Jan 2007 16:27:39 -0800> From: matt@wrongcrowd.com> To: > gsas-member@thekrib.com> Subject: Re: [GSAS-Member] Heat Pack & Shipping > Cartons> > On Wed, Jan 03, 2007 at 03:59:57PM -0800, Susan Welenofsky wrote:> > > Does anyone know where I can buy shipping heat packs and Styrofoam > shipping> > containers for mailing my shrimp?
