Okay: I'm reducing the valve pressure to 10 psi and shutting off the flow at the main needle valve tonight. Pressure does NOT build up, because the regulator regulates(!) everything downstream of it at a constant pressure, whether it be 1 bubble per second or one gallon per minute. - Erik On Mon, 19 Feb 2007, Tom Watson wrote: > I think Rick hit it on the head... > > Tom > West Hyblos Creek Drainage > Washington State > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Rick Rose" <rick-rose@comcast.net> > To: "'Greater Seattle Aquarium Society member chat'" > <gsas-member@thekrib.com> > Sent: Monday, February 19, 2007 10:12 AM > Subject: Re: [GSAS-Member] CO2 Systems > > > If I understood Susan's post correctly, it sounds like she is turning off > the needle valves at night (and leaving the regulator on?)
