Re: [GSAS-Member] Aquatic Plant Stuff & Gregg Watson Ferts

The "Sears Conlin PMDD Formula" is on the bag of Greg Watson stuff:

1 TBL Plantex CSM
1 Tbl MgSO4 + 7H20
2 Tbl K2SO4
1 Tbl KNO3

I'm assuming that you don't need to add the 7 water molecules, that the tank
would do that for you. I think this goes into a 2L bottle, then you add a
measured portion to your tank (not the whole bottle). I got some dry ferts
from June, and added the water, but I can't remember the dosage for the
tank. It also formed a weird scum on the top which may have killed a bunch
of my fish, so I would rather do the dry dosages instead.

I have a bottle of trace ferts which I bought from a local agro shop a
few years ago. I forget the name of the place, but they sold all kinds
of custom mixed ferts and this stuff was sold as trace mix for fish
tanks, a la the "poor man's dupla drops" recipe. (Unfortunately I don't
have the exact mix of elements.)

Anyway--I'll give you some if you like, I have far more than I need.
(goes for anyone else too!)
