I took the suggestion I got from a couple of you and went and picked up larger food. That certainly slowed down the smaller fish. Mostly they just bat it around now. Much to my surprise and chagrin, the large cichlid ate one morsel and then chewed and spit back out any others she came across. I am thinking maybe she is expecting frozen food or fresh. I have never had this reaction from a fish. My hopes are that by the end of today she will just get hungry enough to eat what we offer. We have even tried 3 different brands. Thanks for everyone's feedback Shango _______________________________________________ GSAS-Member mailing list GSAS-Member@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-member
