[GSAS-Member] Apon Flower aka my HAP points please

I bought an Apon a few months ago at a local LFS.  (Local for me, its in 
Portland).  It was 
called "Betta Bulb", and nothing more.  But it is clearly a Apon of somesort.  
Anyone know 
what it is, or may be?

Anyhow I found this flower stalk this afternoon, and took a couple pictures of 
it.  Here they

I think there is a HAP section for flowering plants in the tank. If I am 
correct can I have my 
HAP points? Please.
