Thanks for sharing, Bryan, even though it totally put my present in a new
light.  I was kinda thinking about keeping it for about a year and then
transitioning the shrimp into one of my tanks.  This supports that idea.

It is still a pretty cool idea/object/present.  I've always wanted one of
those artificial weather globes like they had in one of the James Bond
movies.

This must be my year for artificial environments.  I just got home from a
gift exchange and was given this hydro-farm.
