I got a couple Florence flasks from Science Art and More on Roosevelt and 65th. I fill the bottom with the vinegar mix and some apple slices, stuff a cylinder of filter foam in the neck touching the mix and fill the rest of the neck with water. Once the eels get going they will go through the foam to the water. I suck them up with an eye dropper and feed directly to the fry. Refill the water and you are good to go. Straight neck wine bottles work also but the flasks are worth it.
