I am having 20 bags instead for 40 delivered by freight truck to my garage here in Mill Creek. I checked with Luis, and he said with our soft water, this substrate would work just fine. Larry is getting the last of the original Lesco brand, SoilMaster Select, which was mined at the same place the "Pro Turf" is from. $25 for 50lbs. If you can pick up here, that would be great, if not, I can bring it down in my SUV. It's in heavy paper bags, so if you have a truck and it's raining, bring two 5-gallon buckets per sack to transfer it in. I may order more if everyone buys from me and Larry quickly. I would prefer not hold on to it for to long as I am charging it to my credit card. The Pro-Turf is a clay composition called "montmorillonite" 90-93%. It is fired so it doesn't dissolve like the Aqua Soil, which is $26 for 9L without shipping. The Pro-Turf is light-gray dry, but turns dark gray when wet, almost black. It is surprisingly clean and won't require much rinsing, and I believe it won't turn your water brown like Aqua Soil.
