I've got a tank full of A. Oeseri, that have been doing fine and breeding
freely since I got them. Yesterday I noticed a few white spots on one of
the females, a little like ich, but probably bigger...maybe fungus?
Anyway, I'm more used to treating live bearers that do fine with
relatively large swings in salt concentration and higher temps...will a
similar treatment belly-up my killies? I'm probably just not looking hard
enough, but I couldn't come up with much killi-specific info in my
searches.
Typically I'd add a teaspoon of salt or so per gallon and up the temps
into the low 80's...but I've been keeping my killies quite a bit colder
than that...and I have no idea how they handle salt.
Thanks,
Cliff
