I want to hatch them for food.  The site Laurel shared is educating me
though and I am wondering if I am choosing the right live food to go with.
I want something somewhat simple, good for fish at all levels of the tank,
and nutritious.  Fun to watch gets extra points. That is why I went with
brine shrimp.  Says here though that they lose their nutritional potency
pretty fast.
