Laurel, I dont know how long yøur tank as been cloudy (I dont do the chat thing) but if its been around a month maybe a UV unit would do the trick? If its only been a short period, say a week or so, maybe you can continue to work with filter system (more frequent changes, more filter media, etc,.)?
