Hi Linda, I have a ultrasonic animal emitter on a waterfeature. It works pretty good. The only problem is keeping the batteries fresh. About once a month I have to remember to put in a new D battery or the raccoons are back. I also think the water squirting scarecrows might work better, but thats just my opinion. I have a neighbor who swears by them. She has one which keeps the deer out of her horticultural treasures.
