Wow, I have angel eggs in my community tank! I noticed that they have been doing a lot of shaking at each other and for the last week and occasionally locking jaws. They also chased the other angel in the tank away (now in hiding). This afternoon they laid eggs on one of Cryptocoryne balansae leaves and on a Vallisneria leaf. I didn't see them lay the eggs, but they are there! I'm not sure if I have a pair or not since I did not see if both laid eggs or if one laid the eggs and the other followed. I think I might have a pair because the breeding tube on one is longer and blunt while the other is shorter and pointed. If the eggs don't get eaten by the parents (or others) maybe they will hatch and I can verify that I do have a pair. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated!
