Hello Aquarists!

 

The summer picnic for the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society is fast coming
upon us.  Please make note of the date so you can hold it open.

 

Come on out to enjoy some fun with fellow fish fanatics as we grill tasty
treats and talk of fish, plants and the occasional Celestichthys marginatus.

 

This is a super casual, very relaxed event.  Please come out and
participate!

 

The picnic is on Saturday, August 9th from 11am until 3pm.

 

The location is the beautiful Picnic Area #4 at Woodland Park .

 

This is right next to the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle's Phinney
Neighborhood.

The GSAS provides hot dogs, hamburgers, condiments and soda pop/water

along with cups, plates, napkins and plasticware.

 

PLEASE volunteer to bring that dish you make so well.or not so well!  We are
looking for all sorts of side dishes.  Simply email me back with what you
would like to bring.  Participation is the key ingredient to our successful
picnic!

 

Please remember that City parks are closed to alcohol and act accordingly.
