I agree with Trish and I do spray off my water lily pads every afternoon when I'm out watering anyway. I've found that having some whiteclouds in the pond helps as well as they tend to be faster at eating the aphids floating on the water. By the time the goldfish get around to it, the aphids have climbed back onto vegetation. I am starting to see a few black aphids on my waterlilies as of this week. Not many....so hopefully the spray treatment will help keep them under control.
