I'm surprised by how outgoing these fish are! I'd read quite a bit of on-line material that suggested that they were shy fish. Not so in my tank! It's a 5 gallon acrylic tank, planted, with 2 orange hatchetfish (Chela dadiburjori) in it. I added 6 very small CPD. Maybe it's the dither-fish qualities of the orange hatchets? The orange hatchets are in quarantine before coming to work to add to my depleted school in a 29g tank. Then the CPD will have the tank to themselves. We'll see if they turn shy then. They are filling out nicely and hopefully I'll soon have fish that look like the pictures (wink). I think they are quite young....they are very small (~1/2"). Perfect for nano-tanks! I've read that they don't get much larger than 1". Betty Goetz - who hates that name....galaxy rasbora was much better! _______________________________________________ GSAS-Member mailing list GSAS-Member@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-member
