I saw some really healthy-looking Otos at Blue Sierra yesterday, but confess I have no idea what the other ones are, sorry. Their female Belonesox made mine look like show-quality though; sad to see a stressed out and really skinny fish at a shop as good as theirs. MY new algae control critters - those crazy Pacific Tree Frog tadpoles! Have one in each tank now, and yesterday watched one of them inhale a piece of brown thread algae like he was eating spaghetti... ;+) Almost as funny as that cartoon Matt! Thanks to Tom Watson for giving me the idea to try them as such... Date: Thu, 18 Sep 2008 17:22:37 -0700 I need to drop some algae munchers in my ropefish tank. I was planning on otos (easy to get) and ameca splendens (which I don't know where to get). Any leads? Thanks!
