In the event that there is a home for the eel seperately from the tank, thats cool, but I wont let someone have the tank seperately until the eel is adopted and no longer needs it. He is a brackish water eel and will not survive well in fresh water. With the presence of salt in the sand and wood and everything else it woul dbe dificult to return this to a freshwater tank after eel adoption. It would make a perfect saltwater or cichlid tank. I have photos of the tank upon request :) he is a Gymnothorax tile a really nice black 29 gal tank with hood filters heater the works beautiful tank decor - awesome large rocks, small rocks, lg fake plants, beautiful naturaly black lava sand also his net, bucket of instant ocean, hydromiter, test kit, etc I'd rather not post it free on craigslist unless i have to, i want to be sure he goes to a good home, this is not a beginer tank and there are so many people on craigslist that will grab at anything they think might be cool and would say they knew what they were doing just to get it. If you could forward this to the forum as i would be extremely grateful.
