Wow...I know when I divided out the tads I kept the two biggest to see if they'd be different from the rest. Those are farther along than any of my others, and probably have back legs shorter than 1cm...no front legs at all yet. Very cool photo. I was pretty much 100% positive the whole time that these were going to be Chorus Frogs...but I've got to admit, that looks more like a green frog (Rana clamitans) than a chorus frog to me (probably not really a green, which are more common in the east, but I think they're also introduced here). I hope that's not the case as I love chorus frogs, and really was looking forward to listening to them. He doesn't appear to have fully developed his face shape yet, but it seems funny to me that he would have legs stripes already and no face stripe if he was a chorus frog...? Not long until the final results...but it looks like the Olson's win the 'frog contest'. Congratulations!
