If you live ANYWHERE near there, Alpine Rockeries in Woodinville has decent prices and nice stones. I got some very nice looking black stones from a creek near Mount Baker, but I wouldn't trust rocks that don't come from near the "source" in case there are harmful pollutants(although I suppose you could test to see if they'll kill goldfish before putting them in with more expensive fish).
