Re: [GSAS-Member] Discount Fishroom

Paul,

Put me on the list too. We definitely don't want these in the dump!

I'd be looking at the larger (20g+) tanks, so between folks like me and Hiro we
should have takers for all sizes. It sounds like he has some of those old
metal-framed O'Dell and Metaframe tanks like I had as a kid. I have a
sentimental spot for those, and snap them up when I see one at Goodwill or
Value Village. Re-sealed with silicone, they're just as durable as the modern
all-glass ones.

Ironically, I have several 2, 5 and 10g tanks of my own I'm looking to dispose
of (thus the search for bigger tanks), and $.50 a gallon to our club sounds
good.

What day did Mr. Stansbury have in mind for a pickup? I am frequently near
Lacey (Olympia) for work during the day, drive a Ranger truck and could arrange
to meet the group there.

He also sounds like he'd be a great source of knowledge about the fish hobby.
Maybe he can speak to the club sometime.

Jay Perez
