Re: [GSAS-Member] Ed's fishroom list (fwd)

    Hi Paul,

Like what I said before, I would more than happy to tag along to help carry
and load it up. Although I have to ship some fish box on Saturday. I think I
can get up early and pack it and go to PO, irst thing in the morning.
That is if you are planning to go on Saturday. I can clear the Sunday if
you are planning to go Sunday.

And I would be interested in the following stuff.

Air pumps, heaters, sponge filters, and would take food and old HOB filters
also if nobody want them.
And probably all 5 x 2 gallon tanks if nobody want to buy them.

Anyway, if you need someone to go and load them up, let me know.

                           Hiro

"The club gets this list of things free for helping me out. Just need you to
agree to buy all the tanks, blower, and my 'blood-sweat-and-tears' slates.

4 Five gallon carboys
2 Two gallon carboys
2 small old backfilters
65 brass air valves
1 TetraTec Deep air pump
3 Tetra Luft pumps with one repair kit
2 submersible heaters
1 small room dehumidifier (works, but needs some TLC)
A few misc. strip hoods, including 36 inch double tube. I don't think they
work, but might be good for salvaging or repair.
29 large sponge filters
5 one gallon jars
1 pound frozen brine shrimp substitute food (100-200 micron size) Sold by
Oodles of Angels
1 pound frozen brine shrimp substitute food (200-300 micron size) Sold by
Oodles of Angels
2 partial cans of brine shrimp eggs of unknown quality (they hatched well 8
years ago, kept frozen since)
1/2 pound of egg yolk powder for discus.

List of things I'd like to get paid for:
$75 for 1 Spencer air blower. New kit of bearings included, and it needs it!
$20 for 20 slates cut to fit gallon jars

Tanks @ $.50 gallon: (HM=Home Made)
1 Six unit killifish barracks (approx 5 gallon) (HM)
5 Two gallon tanks (one HM)
9 Ten gallon tanks (a few HM)
1 Ten double-high
3 One gallon killi tanks (HM)
13 Fifteen gallon tanks (some HM) (One with cracked side glass)
1 Forty-five Long (glass clouded with hard-water--worse tank of the bunch)
1 Fifty gallon, thin-glass tank (HM for reptiles)
1 Fifty Odell (36")
Total: 440 gallon = $220

Tanks, blower, and slates: $315 (since I juggled some of the quantities
since my original list, SOMEONE better check my addition!)

Optional:
$ 100 1- 36" double-door oak cabinet (custom made for the Odell)
$ 25 1-Odell, back and ends coated with bark and peat (for terrarium frogs)
$ 10 1-20 High- Ditto condition

Let's go ahead for next Saturday or Sunday.

Acceptable?
