Re: [GSAS-Member] Ferts Resource

Greg Watson is an excellent choice for ferts or you can get em' ( Dry
Form ) right
here in the Shoreline area. ( Actually north city area on 175th.)
forgot the name but can get it if interested.... PO4, KNO3 etc....

I second Paul's recommendation. Its actually really easy to do but as
Roy says it requires the water changes-Python makes those easier. I
bought ferts online (from www.rexgrigg.com- but Rex Grigg has an illness
and there is sometimes a significant time delay in a response from him.
The most common source for ferts seems to be
http://www.aquariumfertilizer.com.). I buy the dry ferts online and mix
them with DI water per the mixtures at
http://www.theplantedtank.co.uk/EI.htm. I am a chemistry idiot so it
was nice to have the mixtures made easy for me.) You can also use
Seachem liquid ferts with Estimate Index as well, but that gets
expensive for me. . .
On the other hand, I have seen Roy's tanks and his plants look great so
the PPS pro he uses seems to work well too.
