Erik, I too would also like to say THANKS, because I keep having
scheduling conflicts and have not made a meeting for quite some time.

Thanks so much Erik, as I haven't been able to go to the meetings much
this year!

Hi folks,
Just got word from Ghazanfar that it's OK to distribute the
low-resolution
mp4 video of his talk to GSAS members. So it's with great pleasure
that I
announce that it's available just like our last two talks this season,
over the bittorrent protocol. So it you missed the talk last Tuesday,
or
like me, find that you only pick up the important information through
repeated viewings, here you go!
The link is http://www.gsas.org/torrents/ghazanfar.torrent
File is tiny -- only about 48 mb (1/5 the size of the last two). I
made
the resolution a little smaller than the last couple... curious on
feedback... is it too small to be viewable?
Please seed as long as possible after your download is complete.
If you missed the other e-mails regarding talk archives this year,
they
are available as well.
Steev's fish disease talk: http://www.gsas.org/torrents/steev.torrent
Phil's Saltwater talk: http://www.gsas.org/torrents/phil.torrent
If you don't want to download it, feel free to bring a flash drive,
memory
stick, or whatever, to the next meeting, and someone can make a copy.
Likewise, all of these (plus the Steve Lundblad's Malawi cichlid talk,
and
Luis Navarro's aquascaping talk from last year) will also be on a DVD
in
the club library shortly... and possibly on Blu-Ray at some point in
the
future. Woah.
