Re: [GSAS-Member] what's the state-of-the-art of snailicides?

I don't have any special trick to feeding. I like to make sure that all of
the food is gone after a few minutes in the tank. I have "honed my skills"
in the feeding area since I started doing tanks to get closer to what the
fish need and not too much. In the past, I used to over feed and had a pond
snail explosion as a result. I cut back on the food and the snails cut back
too. Also, it is quite effective to kill snails by crushing them against the
glass when you see them. It takes a while but eventually you'll get em.

A side note: Malaysian trumpet snails can actually be good for your
substrate because they help keep it aerated.
