You may want to remove the fish from the tank in case they decide to
fumigate the tank on the spot. There is a reason for limiting the movement
of some snail species. Many snails are one step in the life cycle of some
serious diseases that effect fish animals and humans.

Oooo...I wonder if they are the kind of snail I am looking for. I have been
trying to get some breeding stock of Helix Pomatia for some time but they
are not allowed over state lines and they are not allowed to be sold. Gifts
and barter only.
They may be enforcing against the seller but you may want to be really clear
about your liability before you call him back.
