Hi Susan,

The video Erik made is distributed as a Torrent file.  If you want to solve
this issue now so you don't have problems every time Erik graciously sends
one out, I suggest you download uTorrent and then click on the file Erik
distributed via the email list.  Your new software should then know to
download the file off Erik's server.

You will find a lot off other applications for having the software installed
that makes it well worth the effort.

1. Download and install uTorrent
2. Click on Erik's link
3. Video Downloads using uTorrent
4. Watch video!

It really is quite easy once the software is installed.
