Hi Everyone,

Kris W from Guitarfish and GWAPA (Greater Washington (DC) Aquatic Plant
Association) will be visiting Seattle next month.  Apparently he is into
plant collecting and was hoping to do some when here.  I haven't tried to do
any collecting locally.  Are there any legal issues, other than trespassing?
Where might be a couple of places to suggest for him to try and what might
be found?  Any help would be appreciated!
